    Renting with green motion most favourable. In car gps was invaluable driving in Scotland. Efficient

    Like: Efficient pickup and drop off at airport. Avoided congestion at major car rental area of airport. Outstanding car made driving in the beautiful countryside enjoyable. Built in gps that was made available to us at pickup was invaluable.
    Dislike: Prior written detailed information about large insurance deductible deposit at the time of pickup. Lucky we had a card with a high limit. Better signage for location and vehicle return.

    Poor

    I couldn't even complete the reservation. They make me wait 15-20 minutes for assistance because they didn't have system. When they finally assist me wanted to charge me for the deductibles[$450] because I brought my own insurance. I canceled my reservation because of the bad service at the counter from the employee

    Tout est passé en très bonne condition.

    J'ai stressé un peu pour le faite de ne pas trouver un interlocuteur de green motion au terminal. J'avais oublié mon sac à dos dans la voiture, j'ai appellé la personne à qui j'ai remis la clé et au bout de 10 minutes me l'avez ramené à l'aéroport .

    Avoid if you can afford to pay extra for a more reputable company

    When I went to pick up the car, the CS rep at Green Motion tried to get me to sign the check in form without looking at the car first. He then proceeded to give me attitude for wanting to look over the car before signing. I found several scratches that had to be noted, which I undoubtedly would have been charged for. The car also broke down on the way home from my trip due to a mechanical fault. Despite the breakdown being entirely out of my control, Green Motion still tried to place the blame on me several times when I called to find out what the situation was with my rental.

    AWFUL HORRIBLE TERRIBLE

    When we arrived at the airport we discovered there was no car available to us and we have been given no notice… Not by phone and not by email. After spending an hour and a half trying to find an available car we gave up after multiple wrong numbers and green motion car rental company never bothering to pick up the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had and would never consider using your service again and will make sure everybody knows what an awful experience this was for us.

    Disappointed & Terrible experience for Green Motion Car Rental.

    I rented a GOLF in auto transmission with a higher price but end the staffs offer me with a Mazda 2 in manual transmission. I was surprise and asked them that I thought I rented a GOLF in auto when booking but I was told by the staffs it is similar car. I said when I book online that time Mazda 2 or Hyundai i30 is cheaper than a GOLF. But the staffs told me that this is only similar car that they have so end up I they give me a Mazda 2 auto transmission. I’m very big size so when I’m getting in or out from the Mazda 2 always will have some difficulties. The car conditions was terrible as the engine check light indicator was on when I got the car and they told me is fine as it has been like this for awhile and after i drove for a feed day the water and tires indicator light on. I’m quite disappointed and upsets that it was a totally different type of car that I booked and the condition of the cars was so terrible that I need to worry for my whole trips that will this car breakdown halfway. I will definitely not to recommend any of my friends or book any car rental from this company again.

    When i wanted to make an insurance for car customer service offered me an insurance which costs 125€ . I didnt make insurance but they blocked 960€ from my credit card.AFAIK this cars already insuranced or casco.So they are threating us or paying the what they want for insurance, or take unfair winned money.

    Got charged for insurance even though I said I had my own.

    Very Good

    The car was quite damaged lots of dings a panel missing on the lower side. The fan on the car was extremely loud (I am convinced it is on it's way out). Returning a car with so many dings and scratches is nerve racking for a customer as you always worry that the rental company may not have tracked all of them effectively. Also received the car at 3 quarters full so jad to return it the same...as a customer I dont want to guess at the gas station how much to put in...the convenience of receiving a car full and the expectation of returning it the same is a much better customer experience. I was also sold an upgrade for a "premium" vehicle but have to admit it did not feel that way with all of the above. I did appreciate the navigator and that helped me hugely so that was definitely worth it. Staff were great...car mediocre.

    Overall good Green Motion, could be better

    Green Motion staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Though they aimed at telling us the ash and sand damage is not covered by any insurance even I got Super Protection that covers all in my rental. They talked many times and eventually I was made to buy the ash and sand protection.
