    Perfect rental for 6 adults

    Waited over an hour for pick up at Orlando international. Had to call and ask if they were coming as it was advertised they pick up every 10 minutes. Many people standing and waiting. Long line up at counter, felt like they needed more staff. Car was perfect for what we needed

    Seems like a good deal

    We waited quite a while ( with others) for the shuttle to pick us up from John Wayne airport. The counter staff was helpful once we got there. While drop off was much quicker, I did not receive my emailed receipt from them, and I am worried now about getting back my $150 dollar deposit. If all comes through, then the it will be an overall great deal.

    Terrible experience.

    Very poor service. Didn’t provide a well maintained car. The wind shield was damaged and they never fixed it before giving for rental. People at the front desk in the evening shifts are very rude and unprofessional. They don’t have any manners. I will never go with Fox rentals in future.

    AWFUL

    it was the worst experience ever, they overcharged us and although we showed them our invoice with the remaining amount we owed they charges us double and refused to refund us the correct amount. The representative was extremely rude, abrupt and unpleasant. We will NEVER use FOX RENT A CAR again, and I will let everybody in my network know about this awful experience, and will dispute the charge with my credit card company, unless they agree to refund us the correct amount

    TERRIBLE- I REALLY THINK WE SHOULD RECIEVE A BIG DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF HOW WE WERE TREATED

    RENTING THE CAR AT THE COUNTER WAS A NIGHTMARE. WE SPENT ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES . ALL OF US IN LINE WERE MAD AND UPSET . THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO US . FOX COULD FIX THIS EASILY , BUT HAS CHOOSEN NOT TO DO SO . THE LAST TIME I RENTED FROM FOX IT WAS THE SAME .

    Very Good

    When we arrived there was a long line of customers with reservations and they had NO CARS! We waited in line because they were saying they would price match to another company, but when we finally got to the agent she said they wouldn't price match for us because ours was a one way rental. We had to take an uber to a hotel at 2:30 am and come back in an uber at 8 am, which made a bad start to our vacation. The next morning they did at least upgrade our car.

    Totally awful, unethical, scam of an experience

    Fox said they didn't have my car (Ford Fusion or similar) and that I would have to wait up to three hours. Or I could rent their Ford Fusion Hybrid for an added $10 a day. The vehicle averaged 36 MPG on 90% highway driving, so there wasn't much added value compared to a regular one. Then they lied and said I had to take an additional $11/day for driving over the Golden Gate Bridge just once! That was $77 plus tax for one trip over the bridge! Finally they charged $150 deposit which was supposed to be refunded, but only $60 was credited back. What was supposed to be a 282.66 rental actually cost over $600.

    Avoid Fox at all costs!!!

    We spent over an hour picking up the car and the staff at the counter were not only not very helpful but actually quite rude. The car was fine but we would NEVER rent from Fox again. They charged us a $1000 deposit for a $155 rental and it actually was charged to our credit card the day we picked up the car. We rent cars quite often and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had.
