Located about 15 km Southwest of downtown Brisbane, Queensland, Brisbane Airport is a major hub for Virgin Australia and a secondary hub for both Qantas and Jetstar. It all begins here, at Brisbane Airport with Europcar through EasyRentCars. Rent a Europcar car and you are free to visit South Bank Parklands or Brisbane Forest Park and Portside Wharf.according to your own schedule.
When you arrive at the airport’s domestic terminals, find Europcar rental desks at either Qantas terminal or Virgin terminal, right opposite the baggage claim along with other car rental companies, operating daily from 5:00 to 23:59. When it is out of opening hours, just assess to the car park booth on level 1 of the P1 car park. If you coming from out of the country and arrive at the international terminal, make your way to the Arrivals Hall and reach to the Europcar rental desk at level 2, which offers services from 6:00 to 23:00 seven days a week.
With EasyRentCars you can look for the best Europcar rental deals for the car of your choice. Partnering with Europcar, we provide our guests with the best price guarantee policy and 24/7 online customer service. And now, with our price drop protector, we will always be on the lookout for a lower deal and if the price drops we will re-book with Europcar ensuring you enjoy the most savings possible!
Ridiculously expensive compared to competitors! Charging a extra fee for a 22yo full license driver that equals to nearly the entire rental amount is insane! Will never book with Europcar again! Save your money and book with the smaller less known companies and you’ll save a fortune

It was busy at the counter but staff were quick to try and sort people out. We paid for a sat nav as extra with them and it was pretty useless and we relied on our phone for maps the whole trip. otber than that all smooth.

The car was dirty on the outside and windows were very dirty with marks all over them . The body of the car was also marked and dirty. The inside was grubby and dirty and generally unkempt with rubbish still inside from last customer. I raised the concerns and was told two day rental would be discounted from my bill. I have emailed and been told that this was not possible as I’d prepaid,so was told money already taken in the form of additional drivers ! I am not clear how much this is in relation to two days of rental , I am not clear how this money was paid back to my account without a card or pin present, I would Like clarifyication

Like: An auto Toyota Yaris was substituted for the Hyundai Accent.
Dislike: I had to put premium 98 octane petrol into the car, because 95 was not available and Europcar would not accept e10 94 rating

Like: I rented cars from Europcar in both Melbourne and Brisbane, and their vehicles were in good condition.
Dislike: For Europcar, they could consider providing a summary of information about the nearest petrol stations to Europcar car return locations. It would provide drivers an ease of mind when returning the vehicles in full petrol tank. In addition, Europcar could consider pasting a decal on the windscreen that provide information on the type of petrol (RON91,95,98) to refill, as well as helpline contact number (24 hours) to call in case of emergency. As for EasyRentCars, maybe you could consider having a points reward system so that customers will always use your system and services. It could be free upgrade of vehicle, extra days drive, waiver of baby seat fees etc. If possible, it would be great to tie up with other online platform such as Hotel.com or booking.com, so that if we book a vehicle through them or hotel through EasyRentCars, customers could enjoy better rates. Just some feedbacks to stay ahead of competitions.
