    Very happy overall; gladly use again in spite long pickup time

    Like: All staff I interacted with were affable and generous. I felt well informed and well taken care of. What I appreciated was understanding why things were taking so long: the staff focussed on the customer care and went into detail when answering questions and helping customers make the right choices. I was happy with the way that Geneva handled my query; I felt like I was the only customer in the room -- unrushed and highly valued.
    Dislike: I had not anticipated close to 1.5 hours from queue to driving off with the car. If I had known this, I would have built this into my schedule and my 7 year old daughter was tired from flying and very fed up. Moreover it had a knock on-effect on my next appointment to collect a key from the air bnb accommodation contact, so I had a lot of apologising to do.

    Service satisfactory... had initial issue with car

    Like: Pick up.. easy to find location.. staff was helpful.. They didn’t have the car I reserve... was offered a Vauxhall Zafira or a upgrade to MB E Class - I choose the upgrade for a reasonable price- Very comfort car to drive in long road trips.
    Dislike: Car wasn’t clean inside or outside (I let this issue go as I have a very long drive ahead, the interior was dusty in parts and bird poop is baked by the sun onto car body and windscreen).. the car had a issue with one of its power window—- kept opening itself (so I need to drive back to rental office to have it fixed).. although the car had low mileage about 13,000 miles - the are signs of abuse within the car’s interior

    Lovely experience

    Lovely car and staff. Just one request, next time please suggest earlier where one should find the staff for pick up as that took 10 minutes & curiosity :-)

    Easy quick and great prices

    Didn’t get the car that we booked so the interior wasn’t as big. We had a pram and car seat and knew it would all fit in the original car booked so more than disappointed considering they advertise they guarantee you get the car you book.

    Need more attention to the cars

    The car was not the VW Polo that we booked but apparently in the same class (Suzuki Swift). The staff were helpful and courteous. The car was in shocking condition. We had booked an automatic but they showed reluctance to give us one and kept suggesting a manual. We think it was because of the poor condition of the automatic vehicle. Brakes were poor and the body condition terrible. The car was in shocking condition and had not been repaired after several collisions. Bits were barely hanging in place on front and rear. The website showed a pickup at airport but there was no Europcar presence at the airport. They had to come from the Port, so we had to ring them and then wait. Better information is needed.

    Never use Europcar at Gatwick

    Europcar were terrible. They tried to upsell us on the car we'd booked and then tried to do a dodgy on the figures - after 24 hours flying we didn't need this hassle. We were in the office for nearly an hour! Then on return we were told there'd be extra cleaning charges because of a bit of sand in the car! I would never use Europcar again!

    Service OK, be aware of fuel charge after return

    There's no warning about fuel charge after return. Be aware of that. Fuel meter indicated full when I returned the car. Still, I got charged for 8 litre(AUD30) the day after.

    I had already booked online with full insurance and was told at pick up that I did not have it?

    Your staff trying to push for more money even though I booked online with full insurance. I will not be booking with you again and would not recommend you to anyone, it's a rip off. Trying to extort extra cash when cover already in place.

    whilst the counter staff were very good, car handover was very poor - the chap filled out the form identifying all of the existing damage to the car - switched the engine on then said "there you are" and walked off

    Do not use this company!

    The agent at check in told me she was upgrading my vehicle free of charge. This was not even an option to decline as she handed me the keys and told me she went ahead an upgraded me to a BMW for free. We later found out that we were charged over 300 Euro for the upgrade which the company then refused to refund. Re read your contract before signing anything! Lesson learned!

    Excellent

    7時開店で7時10分に行ったがスタッフ不在で10分以上待たされた。高速道路料金としてステッカー40ユーロを払わされたが本当に必要だったのかどうか不明。 保険もフルカバーで入っているはずが、basicしか放入っていないといわれ頻りにフルカバーを勧められた。
