If renting from an airport location, the rental offices are usually in the terminal or a short shuttle ride away. I had wait longtime for car wasn't ready.in the end I requested a upgrade I only booked one day an in the end that's what they did. If car isn't available offer another car straight away so not wait longtime people have timetables

Great once we got the cat -but you cannot contact anyone - they don’t answer the phone. We were delayed to get to pick up car and for 24 hours tried to call and no one answered the phone. Very stressful and unhelpful. No way to make contact with them to ask help and advice. We needed to talk to a person in cairns and we couldn’t.

staff were not trained to recognise a UK drivers licence and so refused to give us the car. I even phoned the Enterprise customer service desk who were useless. We had to wait for over an hour till they found a book that showed them what a UK driving license looked like. This was a terrible experience

Enterprise tried offering us a different vehicle to the one we originally booked. PLEASE do not book with this company. Not only that, when we returned the car, we were told it was perfectly fine and we would get 100% of our deposit back. This didn't happen. We only received 75% of the deposit back. Staff are extremely rude and they take advantage of foreigners. Also they provided a baby car seat for our 4 month old daughter that was supposed to be for 1 year plus babies. My wife had to hold our daughter on long trips which was incredibly unsafe. Genuinely never been so angry with a car rental company.

Enterprise made us go to an entirely different city to get our car when the documents said pick up at airport. It was totally unacceptable and the agent was very rude. Upon return the agent did give us a $50. Refund for the poor service we received.

The rental car was not ready at time of pickup. Car was parked in a different bay to the one told to me and written on the vehicle information. Car was not washed externally, evidence of mud and road grime evident.

Pick up of the car was fine but drop off was awful and got scolded because the attendant wanted to leave early and had to stay until we returned the car. We then found that he had charged us an extra day for this (we returned it before the drop off time we had chosen) so when we said that we will keep it until the next day as we are paying for it - he removed the charge because offices don’t open on Saturday! So obviously should have be impossible for us to pay until then right?! I had almost forgotten this until I got 4 incorrect credit card charges 6 weeks later which I noticed on my bank statement - I don’t have fines or tolls, and when I emailed the branch they fob me off and said they didn’t charge it. AVOID at all costs - terrible company.

The car ended up costing me more than expected because they gave me a vehicle that had just under a half a tank. I complained because I know how hard it is to bring back a car with less than a full tank. I ended up filling up the vehicle and giving it back with 30% more gas than I received it. This is BS and I will never do that again, if Enterprise wont give me a car with a full tank I will not rent a car from them again.

We ordered a small car but got a big SUV which didn't suit as well. It was too large for some situations and would not have been as fuel efficient as a smaller car.
