Lady behind the counter told the man in front of us he needed to buy insurance and he refused saying it was included. When it was our turn we were told we weren't covered by any insurance and to buy some through dollar, I refused. She then offered to prepay for fuel even though that was already included through easyrentcars. When she actually processed the booking she couldn't avoid the fact it said that insurance was included that she tried to pretend wasn't there. The cars in our section were all old and there was only about 3-4 of them. Would never go through Dollar again.

Car was perfect & a good choice. Dollar staff didn’t offer the option to return the car back with a full tank of gas. They wanted to charge us nearly $80 for the gas. I tried to contact dollar customer services when I found out about this option but with no joy. The lady I returned the car too allowed us to fill the car up with petrol & she removed the fee they wanted.

Car was fine. Counter staff okay. Outside staff : TERRIBLE. Unhelpful. They weren’t v interested in guiding to a v hands off type of pick up. They cld have stayed how the procedure wld be. On drop off at midnight: a woman sat in a car for 10-15” while I waited at a “stop here” sign. Absolutely NO Movement in the area. When I finally spotted her, I drive around to ask her if there was anyone working on taking cars in. She was rude - told me to turn around and go back to the spot I was supposed to be in. When I said I’d been there for 15” - she actually “corrected me” by saying, I saw you, I’ve been here the whole time - you were only there for ten minutes.” Really?! So she watched me sit there for “ten” minutes? with NO ONE around - NO MOVEMENT at midnight.

there is no full insurance coverage option, and hence needs to get extra coverage from them. Recommendation on fasttrak option by mentioning about high admin charge to mislead customer, as in california, there is not many toll roads and most can take cash.

I felt I as decieved regarding the contract I entered in to.i rented a car intially for $36 dollars a day and after I changed the contract the rate nearly tripled.

Like: Shuttle drivers were very nice, so were the counter staff. Drop off staff friendly as well! Car was great, all options and having sat radio was a plus.
Dislike: Only problem encountered was the drive to and from. Much of it due to LAX. It can take a long time to drive through especially if you get picked up at the first gates. Drive back was a little slow too due to the fact we picked up many arriving rental customers (filled the bus) along the way. Not the drivers fault, but is time consuming.

Like: The help was great
Dislike: The first car I was offered wasin such bad maintenance status that I was turned around at the gate. The next vehicle was great but I skulls have been able to choose it initially. The first vehicle, which was terrible, was the only vehicle available and there was no offered upgrade or anything until it failed the maintenance cycle which costs me more time that I didn't have.
