    better than expected!

    Like: After I payed for my car rental through advantage before leaving for my trip, a couple days later is when I looked at the reviews and man, they were terrible. It made me wanna cancel my reservation, get a refund and rent from somewhere else. But I just said I'll give it a chance because I didn't wanna go through the hassle. Got to LA, and it ended up being a very good experience actually. I had no problems at all. As soon as I went outside to wait for the shuttle, it arrived literally like not even 2 minutes of waiting. Got to the place and waited in line for like 8 minutes. The guy was quick and easy. He wasn't very smiley and friendly though, which is what I like to see in people, even if it's fake haha. He tried to get me to get insurance and I told him no and then after trying to push a little harder, he stopped. After being with him for about 6 minutes, he gave me the contract or whatever you call it to sign, then I went to my rental. It was very nice and in good shape. I read a lot of people complained the car they got was in bad shape, or dirty and/or smelled, etc. Nope, I got a 2018 Toyota Camry and it was beautiful! There was a few scratches and a big scrape towards the bottom, which it wasn't even visible unless you really looked hard, but I took pictures of everything before the guy inspected it, then I left. I had it for a week. Dropped it back at the time I said, the girl did a quick inspection and said everything was good and I went to the shuttle and the guy took us right away to the airport. I was worried also because a lot of people said they would get charged for random little charges that the employees couldn't explain after bringing it back. I made sure the car was full of gas, cleaned, wiped down and vacuumed before I returned it so I wouldn't be charged for bs cleaning charges, but it's been a week and I haven't gotten any charge taken and I got an email from advantage with my inspection on it, the contract with all the info and then it

    Great experience

    Like: Got to airport and went to counter.had to wait for people who hadn't pre booked to be served.got served quickly and efficiently with no problems , then off to collect the car.car was not the model I was expecting but was nearly new and better than the model I'd ordered.have travelled a lot to different places in Florida and quite happily say this was a great deal /price for the car I ordered and I would certainly use this company again in future holidays..i was very impressed with the company and service.
    Dislike: Having to wait over half an hour when I had pre booked my car 2 months earlier.(had just got off an 8 hour flight with 3 kids in tow!!

    Car rental

    Counter person said he would give us an upgrade for putting my wife's name on the paperwork to be able to drive the car. Not so, the upgrade cost me.

    While the price appeared good when I rented the car, it ended up costing me much more.

    I was angry to be charged for a full tank of gas, only to find out that it was three quarters full when I turned it on, and within 10 miles it had dropped to a half a tank. If I had done that upon return, I would have been charged.

    Very Good

    I was suppose to get 10% off so I had to cancel 3x’s to be told it doesn’t apply. Then no clear signAge in JFK it’s advantage rental it’s very frustrating because my bills had to be adjusted because they also billed me an extra day and I brought the car back a day early

    a Nightmare!!!

    They had sold out all the cars when we landed at JFK, even my car that was prepaid in full 2 weeks in advance....then after calling a Supervisor they find us a car with oil service pending and the car key Fob was in low battery we couldn't even locked the door or opened we had to buy a battery to keep driving our way, the front window didn't wash had like an oily sticky dirt impossible to drive when it get fogged.

    Hello, overall not a bad experience. However, we had cockroaches in our car! It was loaded with insects. Had to call CS and replace the car. CS has not instructed us properly and we had to wait in pick up line again. Super inconvenient! Apparently this is very common for Maui, as they were not surprised at all. Second vehicle was clean and better in general as it was brand new. Greatly appreciated manager’s help who was in charge on June 28 closing time. There should be some sort of a bag inspection after each drop-off. Please take into consideration as this might affect your business as well. Regards, Alexey

    Ok..but pricey..tolls rental especially, .but for NYC I guess ok. Hidden fees kill you

    The advertising rate $32 is what I saw. After tax it was $110. I thought I did something wrong, cancelled and rebooked. Same rate. No wear can you see your tax rstes?

    Best staff, banged up Sedans

    The staff was excellent esp Zahid (backend) and Curtis at front desk. First Silver Lacrosse we got had more than a dozen dings and was in poor shape from the outside. Second Red lacrosse was better but both lacrosse sedans were missin steering adjustment switches. If they get fresher inventory they ll be five stars over all.

    Old car, not Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, paint all chipped on exterior. Low windshield wiper fluid

    Car was a huge disappointment. Low windshield wiper fluid at pick up. Asked employee as I was checking out about low fluid, just shrugged her shoulders. Called customer service to complain about the car and low fluid. No help, stated would message rental desk at Dallas airport. Huge waste of my time. Will never rent a car from you again. Last experience was excellent. No customer service.

    No. I expected a little more economical in terms of gas efficiency. It gave around 17 miles per gallon combine. Engine light was on during my first 200 mile journey.
