The staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. He explained everything clearly. He also help to check the car in detail.

Staff were professional and reasonably efficient in the check out and check in progress. The car was in good order, clean and relatively new. Staff took the time to explain the rental contract, which was largely Chinese only. They also took care of tolls, which were post-paid, and provide shuttle to/from HSR Tainan station.

Was literally the only option I could find to pre book cars for Taiwan online.

The employees are professional and the conditions of the car is good.

Gasoline is not fully filled but the metre showed it was full. My husband found it only left 1/4 gasoline after he drove 200 miles somethings. He said it is unusual.

車は日産の完全なる新車で気持ち良くドライブを楽しめました。保険がセットされている料金なのもいいと思う。台湾でなドライブは初めてでしたが、めちゃ楽しかったです。高速代は安くて燃料代も安かった。また利用させて頂きます。

台湾では高速料金はすべてゲートがないETCで、車の返却時に利用料がすぐわかるシステムで便利なのだけど、カード払いだと１０％手数料を取られた。ロードサービスがついていたがレンタカー営業所の電話番号しかわからなかったので、日本のように２４時間対応ではないようだった。

Very nice car, as advertised. IWS agent in Tainan very kind in driving us to HSR station.

They did a great job picking us up at the airport by pillar 18 and the return was very smooth. The car was in excellent condition and driving in Taiwan was much easier than the past.
