Once we found the rental shop, the service was excellent.

The van was old and beat up. Things were broken and there was tape holding up things. There was also a crack in the windshield. We were told the van would be in one location for pickup and she placed it somewhere else. They also gave us a van with no gas.

You guys did good but I wish I would have known the type of company Zeeba was. It was a horrible decision.

Size of van was perfect, however it was hard to get in and out of the driver and passenger sides. They didn't have steps for easy access and both driver and passenger have knee problems which made it difficult to get in. Passenger side window control was broken, so I couldn't roll window up or down.
